Cancel or move a lesson
Something came up. What you can do yourself, what only your coach can do, and how much notice they need.
My Lessons holds everything you've booked. Tap the one you can't make.
Cancel booking frees your seat and tells your coach. Each coach sets how much notice they need; inside that window the app warns you it may not go through, so message them as well.
Too late to cancel in the app? Message coach from the same screen opens your thread with them. A swap or a make-up is theirs to decide, and the app follows what they do.
Only your coach can move a session. When they do, everyone booked comes along and gets a lesson moved notification. Nothing to re-book, and the new time replaces the old one in My Lessons.
Waiting for a seat you no longer want? Leave waitlist takes you off it with no notice needed. And Book again puts you straight back into the same slot with the same coach.
