Your week as a grid: the hours you teach, the exceptions to them, and the sessions those hours turn into.

Weekly hours is a grid of your week. Tap a cell to open or close that hour. Tap a day's NAME instead and you set that whole day at once — its hours and the club you are at — then copy that day across the rest of the week.

Teaching at two clubs in one day? Open the day and split its hours where the club changes, then name the place on each half. Players see the right address for the session they are booking.

Weekly hours repeat every week. For the exceptions there are two more lists on the same screen: one-off extra windows for the odd hour you add, and blocked time for holidays and appointments. Block a date range does whole days at a time.

The reason you type on a block stays with you. Nobody sees it, and nobody sees why an hour is closed — only that it is not bookable. An hour with a lesson already in it cannot be closed until you cancel or move that lesson.

Week is where the hours become a schedule: what is booked, what is open, and who is in each session. An open hour says so, and it stays open until someone books it or you put someone in yourself.

Add booking puts a player in yourself: pick the type, the time, then the players. Someone who is not on Padel Papi yet is fine — type their name and number. Turn on Repeat weekly and a For box appears: pick how many weeks, up to 8, and the line under it names the last date. The series is managed under Regulars.

Tap a session for everything about it: who is booked, who is waiting, who paid. Swipe a player to mark a no-show. Reschedule moves the whole session and everyone booked comes along with a notification; cancelling it tells every player and cannot be undone.

Taught a lesson the app never knew about? Log a past session puts it in your books on the day it happened: that month's earnings, and the player's own record. Use it for the weeks before your students arrived.
