Padel Papi guide

Your monthly impact

Once a month, what your teaching moved. It is built from the feedback you already wrote, and nobody but you sees it.

Step 1

In the first week of each month a card appears on Today: last month, your impact. It is built from the feedback you wrote, so it costs you nothing extra and it says nothing you did not put in.

Step 2

Players you moved opens it: how many of your players improved last month, out of how many sessions, and how many of those sessions carried feedback. The coverage number is the honest one — it tells you how much of your month the rest of the page is speaking for.

Step 3

Where your roster is climbing is a bar per skill across everyone you coach. It is the shape of your teaching, not of one player: the skills that move for you, and the ones that do not.

Step 4

Worth a group drill is the one that saves you time. Four of the six in Tuesday at seven are still struggling on the same thing, so that is next Tuesday's warm-up, planned for you before you sat down.

Step 5

Biggest climb names one player and the skill they moved on, from where to where. It is the line worth reading out on court, and often the one worth sending them.

Step 6

The digest is yours alone. No player sees it, no other coach sees it, and there is no ranking of coaches anywhere in it. Nothing here goes out on its own.

Step 7

Milestones work the same way. The app spots when a skill reaches doing well for the first time and offers you the words; you decide whether to send them. A player is congratulated by their coach, never by an app.
