Get your students onto Padel Papi with their balance already right, one by one or the whole list at once.

Invite a player writes a personal link for one student. Fill in their name and their number, add their level if you want, and send it on WhatsApp. Each link belongs to one person and lasts 30 days.

The same form takes what they already owe you: an opening balance, with a line saying what it is for. That needs their phone number, because the number is what their past sessions are filed under. It stays private to you until they join.

What they see when they tap it: your name, and everything you typed for them to check. They can change all of it, they accept the terms themselves, and only then does a profile exist. You never create an account for anyone.

Until they open it, they sit under Invited on your roster. Their opening balance is already on your books there, so what they owe you is right from day one — before they have installed anything.

With seventy students, you do not fill in seventy forms. Send your list — name, number, and what each one owes or holds — and the whole roster goes onto your books in one go. Then one WhatsApp message with your page link brings them in.

That is why the number matters. A student who never opens their personal link and simply books from your page is matched by their phone number on that first booking: their balance, their credit and their old sessions move onto their account by themselves.

Two things to get right, both about the number. Write it the way they use it, and write it once — a typo files that student under a stranger. If a session has the wrong number on it, fix it on the session before you invite them.
