Everything a player sees before they book: your name and your photo, your prices, and the link you send them.

Your page is your name, your photo and a short bio. Players pick a coach from this, so use a photo with your face in it — pages with faces get booked first.

Today keeps a Finish setting up card until the page can actually take a booking. It counts what is left, and each row opens the screen that fills it in.

Lesson types and pricing is where the money starts. A lesson type carries its length and how many players fit; tap it to set what the whole group pays at each size. Players see the per-person cost too. Minimum to run decides how small a group you will still teach.

Under it, lesson packs: what the player pays you now and how much credit they get for it. A pack is money, not a number of lessons, so it works whatever size group they end up in. You take the credit off when you mark a lesson paid.

In Settings, fill in where you teach and how you get paid. Pick your phone-transfer app so your number shows for direct transfers, or say cash only. Booking rules set how late a player can book and how late they can cancel.

Share my page gives you a link and a QR code. The link is safe in a WhatsApp group, an Instagram bio or printed at the front desk: it opens your schedule for anyone, and nobody sees your players by opening it.

Injured, or away for a month? Turn your page off in Settings. It leaves the coach directory and stops taking bookings, your schedule is untouched, and the lessons already booked go ahead.
