Fill your empty slots
An empty hour is a message you have not sent yet. The app writes it, to the player most likely to take that time.
An empty Tuesday at seven is not a scheduling problem, it is a message you have not sent. Fill empty slots, on the Week screen, is where you send it.
It reads your own booking history and matches each open time to the player most likely to take it: someone who has trained with you around that hour before and has nothing booked with you this week. Your players only — never anyone else's.
Each row comes with the message already written, with their name and the time in it. Read it, change it if you want, and tap Send. Send all does the lot when the week is quiet and you want every hour covered.
A nudge holds nothing. It is an advert for an open time, and the first person to book it gets it — so you can nudge four people for two hours without promising a seat to any of them.
One nudge per player per week, and the app holds you to it. Someone you have already nudged shows as nudged and cannot be sent another, which is what keeps this from turning into the thing your students mute.
A player with the app gets a notification that opens straight on the booking. Someone not on Padel Papi yet gets a link you send however you normally talk to them. If nobody fits an hour, the row says so rather than inventing a name.
The other half of filling a court is the seat nobody took in a session already running. A lesson type set as an open group offers its leftover seats to other players, and the group price is shared out. Turned off, the session stays private to whoever booked it.
