Everyone you coach in one list, with what they owe you, the credit they hold, and the bookings that repeat every week.

Your players is everyone you coach, in one list: how many sessions they have had with you, what they owe you, and any credit they hold. It is your roster, not a directory — nobody else sees it.

Owes means lessons that already happened and are not marked paid, plus anything they owed you from before the app. No-shows are not counted as owed. If they hold credit with you, the app has already taken it off at booking time, so what you see is the cash still to collect.

Above the roster sits Invited: the people you have added who have not opened their link yet. Copy invite link gets you their link again to resend on WhatsApp, and Revoke takes the invitation back.

One human is one row, even when they arrived twice. Somebody you added by phone and who later booked with you themselves is folded into a single player by their number, so their sessions and their money stay in one place.

Open a player for their history: every session, paid or not, their credit, and their earlier balance. A daily reminder chases them while they owe you, and you can pause it for that one player when you would rather ask them yourself. Only you see any of this.

The same screen carries your private note and your tags about that player, a no-show count, and Block player, which stops them booking your open slots until you unblock them. None of it is visible to the player.

Regulars are the standing bookings: the same player, the same day, the same time, booked for them every week without anyone tapping. Pause one for a holiday and resume it after; remove it and next week is simply open again.

Add a regular asks for the player, the lesson type, the time and how many places they take. Only times that fit that lesson type inside your hours are offered. Someone who is not on Padel Papi yet is fine — invite them later and their sessions come with them.
