Booking for someone else

Book and pay for your kids or your partner from your own account, and hand it over when they are ready for one of their own.

Step 1

More, then Family, is where you keep the people you book for: your kids, a partner, anyone who doesn't want their own login. You book and pay for everyone here, and their coach's feedback comes to you.

Step 2

Add someone takes a name, the year they were born, and a level you can leave out: the coach sets that themselves after a session. Nobody can search for them or find them on a coach's page. They are reachable only through you.

Step 3

Book exactly as you would for yourself. Once there is someone in Family, the booking form asks who the lesson is for, and you pick them from the list.

Step 4

Their lessons sit in your My Lessons with their name on them, so one list covers the whole household. Everything they owe a coach is owed by you, and it shows up beside your own balances.

Step 5

When they're ready for a login of their own, Hand over to their own account makes a link for them. Nothing changes until they sign in with it. After that, everything up to that day stays where it is, new lessons and new feedback go to them, and what they owed while you were booking stays with you.
