What the month actually made, what is still outstanding, and how a lesson goes from unpaid to paid.

Earnings has three numbers for the month: total, collected and outstanding. Total is the lessons that already happened. Collected is money that actually reached you this month, even for a lesson dated in another one. Outstanding is what is still to chase.

A pack counts as money in the month the player paid you for it, not in the months they spend it. So a month where everyone trained on credit they bought in March is a real month with little collected in it, and it is not a mistake.

Mark a lesson paid from the session or from the player's row. You say how it was paid — cash, or the transfer app you use — and it is written down against that lesson. That record is what Earnings counts, so a lesson paid on court is not paid until you mark it.

If the player holds credit with you, the sheet says so and offers it. Take the whole lesson off their balance, or part of it and collect the rest in cash. The amount you see is what is left to collect after the credit already drawn when they booked, not the list price of the seat.

Sold someone a pack in person? Add credit on their row: what you gave them, and what they paid you for it. From then on the app draws on that balance as they book, and Mark as paid only ever asks you for the difference.

Prior balances is the money owed from before the app. Record a payment when it comes in; less than the full amount leaves the rest owing. Once a payment is recorded the amount is fixed — got it wrong, void it and write it again. A voided balance stays on your record and is never charged.

Two warnings worth reading on this screen. Seats with no price for their group size are not in the total and cannot be marked paid until you price that size. And academy sessions are handled separately: that money is the academy's, not yours, and it is kept out of your earnings.

Export earnings gives you the month as a file for your accountant or your own records. Everyone has paid, nothing to chase is the state to aim for, and the screen says so when you get there.
