What a player sees
Your side and their side, laid next to each other, so you know exactly what stays private before you write it.
Your page is your name, your photo, your bio, where you teach, your contact number if you left one, your open times and your prices. If you have confirmed results, the numbers and the highlights you starred are there too. That is the whole of it.
On a session they see the time, the club, the price for the size it ends up at, and the first names of whoever else is in it. They do not see phone numbers, and they do not see what anyone else paid.
What never leaves your side of the app: your private notes and tags, your no-show counts, the reason you typed on a blocked day, the fact that you blocked someone, your earnings, your prior balances and your monthly impact.
Of your feedback they read the skill marks, the shared note and the drill. The private note stays with you. Write the two as if the player will read one and never the other, because that is exactly what happens.
About money they see their own side and nothing else: what they owe you, the credit they hold with you, and every lesson marked paid. A balance you added by hand shows to them once they have joined, with the line you wrote on it — so write that line for their eyes.
Two different things are called level. The one you put on an invitation is beginner, intermediate or advanced, and the student reads it on their invitation. The one on their own player profile is theirs to set, and you can confirm it — you never assign it.
When you want to be sure, go and look. Switch to player view in Settings browses the app the way your students do, your page included, and your coach page stays live the whole time. Switch back whenever you like.
