One tap after a session tells your coach how hard it landed, and it is what fills your week on Your progress.

After a session, the lesson shows a card asking how hard it was. It takes one tap, and your coach sees the answer.

Four answers, each one a feeling instead of a number. Easy: comfortable, you could go for hours. Moderate: working, but you could still talk. Hard: talking was difficult, you needed the breaks. All out: there was nothing left.

Picked the wrong one, or thought better of it on the drive home? Change reopens the card for a day after the session. After that it's set.

Your coach sees the word next to your name, so they can tell a session that landed from one that flattened you. The minutes count toward your week on Your rhythm.

Connect Health and the app reads the workouts your watch already records, turning the ones that match a lesson into the same one word. It only reads. Nothing is ever written to Health, and no heart rate leaves your iPhone. Sharing the word with your coach is a separate switch you can turn off at any time.
