Your schedule, your players, your money

Padel Papi started with padel coaches in Madeira. Any padel coach can use it to run lessons, keep track of players and collect payments. Free to start.

    Publish the hours you teach

    Weekly hours, under Availability, is a grid of your week. Tap a cell to open or close that hour. Tap a day's name to set the whole day at once, with the club you teach at, then copy it across the week.

    Holidays and appointments go in as blocked time, and the odd extra hour as a one-off window. Players only see that an hour can't be booked, never why.

    Players book the hours that are free

    Your page has its own link and QR code for your Instagram bio, a WhatsApp group or the club's front desk. Players open it, see your open times and prices, and book. The calendar updates the moment someone books, so the free slots they see really are free.

    Schedule shows what is booked, what is open and who is in each session. You can put a player in yourself, even someone who isn't on Padel Papi yet: type their name and number. Turn on Repeat weekly and the slot repeats for as many weeks as you pick, or until a date.

    Players pay you directly

    0%commission on what your players pay you

    The money goes from the player to you. Padel Papi never holds it. You choose how you take it:

    A player taps I've sent it and you get a notification. You mark the lesson paid, and Earnings shows the month in three numbers: total, collected and outstanding.

    Sell packs, keep the credit straight

    A pack is money, not a number of lessons. The player pays you now and gets a larger amount of credit with you, so it works whatever size of group they end up in.

    Sold one in person? Add credit on their row. From then on the app draws on that balance as they book, and Mark as paid only asks you for the difference.

  5. FriYour players

    Everyone you coach, in one list

    Your players lists how many sessions each person has had with you, what they owe and the credit they hold. Nobody else sees it.

    Invite a player writes a personal link you send on WhatsApp, with anything they already owe you, so their balance is right from day one. Regulars book the same player into the same time every week, and pause for a holiday.

Get the app and choose I'm a coach. Setup walks you through your hours, your prices and your page. We look at each new page before players can find it, and you can set everything up in the meantime.

Android beta, in three steps
