How do I book a lesson?
Open your coach's page. Days with a free session show a dot. Tap one, tap a slot, check the time, price and open seats, add your name and phone number, then tap Book this slot. The lesson shows up under My Lessons right away.

Open your coach's page. Days with a free session show a dot. Tap one, tap a slot, check the time, price and open seats, add your name and phone number, then tap Book this slot. The lesson shows up under My Lessons right away.
You can look around without one. The first time you book, you sign in with Apple, Google or email, so your bookings stay with you on any phone you sign in on.
The row at the bottom of Pick your coach gives you a message to send them. Coaches set up their page themselves, and their players book straight from it. If you have no coach in mind, Find a lesson searches every coach at once.
Open My Lessons and tap the lesson. Every upcoming lesson shows until when you can cancel for free, and Cancel booking frees your seat and tells your coach. Once that time passes the lesson reads Cancellation closed, and the button becomes a message to your coach.
Only your coach can move a session. When they do, you come along and get a notification; there is nothing to re-book.
Join the waitlist. If a spot frees up you're moved in automatically and get a notification.
You pay your coach directly, by MB WAY, Bizum, Pago Móvil, Revolut or cash at the lesson, whichever your coach takes. Padel Papi takes no commission and never holds your money. Once you've sent it, tap I've sent it; your coach confirms and marks the lesson paid.
A lesson reads Unpaid until your coach marks it Paid. While something is unpaid you get one reminder a day.
A pack is credit with one coach, in euros: you pay one amount and get a larger amount of credit. You pay the coach directly, as for a lesson, and the credit lands on your balance once they've reviewed it.
When you book with that coach, the app takes the lesson's price off your balance. If you cancel, the credit comes back. Credit belongs to one coach and doesn't move to another; Lesson credit in Settings shows what's left with each.
Yes. More, then Family, is where you keep the people you book for. Add someone with a name and the year they were born, then book as you would for yourself and pick who the lesson is for. You pay for their lessons, and their coach's feedback comes to you. When they're ready for a login of their own, Hand over to their own account makes a link for them.
Nothing. You pay your coach's price, straight to your coach, and the app shows the exact amount. There are no ads and no tracking.
English, Portuguese and Spanish. It follows your phone's language for the app; on an iPhone, change it under Settings, then Padel Papi, then Language.
Choose I'm a coach on first launch and create an account. Setup walks you through your hours, your prices and your page. Players can find your page once we have approved it, and you can set everything up in the meantime. It is free to start.
No. Players pay you directly and you keep the full amount of what they pay. Padel Papi never processes or holds the money.
In Settings, pick your phone-transfer app (MB WAY, Bizum or Pago Móvil) so your number shows, add your Revolut tag if you use Revolut, or say cash only. A player taps I've sent it and you get a notification; the lesson is paid when you mark it paid, and that record is what Earnings counts.
Under Lesson types and pricing you set lesson packs: what the player pays you now and how much credit they get for it. A pack is money, not a number of lessons, so it works whatever size of group they end up in. The app draws the credit as they book, and Mark as paid only asks you for the difference. Sold one in person? Add credit on their row.
Invite a player writes a personal link for one student, with their name, their number and anything they already owe you; send it on WhatsApp. Each link belongs to one person and lasts 30 days. A student who books from your page without opening it is matched by phone number on that first booking, and their balance moves onto their account.
Write each number the way the student uses it, and only once: the number is what their past sessions are filed under.
That's fine. Add booking puts a player in yourself with just a name and a number, and Log a past session records a lesson the app never knew about on the day it happened, in that month's earnings.
Your page is your name, your photo, your bio, where you teach, your contact number if you left one, your open times and your prices. Your private notes and tags, no-show counts, the reasons on blocked days, your earnings and prior balances never leave your side of the app.
Open a day in Availability and split its hours where the club changes, naming the place on each half; players see the right address. For holidays, Block a date range does whole days at a time. Away for longer? Turn your page off in Settings: it leaves the coach directory and stops taking bookings, and lessons already booked go ahead.
Yes. Earnings shows each month as total, collected and outstanding, and Export earnings gives you the month as a file.
